These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a binding agreement between you and Orion (hereinafter, “the Application,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Use of the application signifies your agreement with these Terms.

Your privacy matters. Orion collects, processes, and stores data only as necessary to provide a personalized and secure experience.

No private data will be shared outside the Orion environment without your express consent.

All conversations and interactions are confidential.

For safety and improvement, anonymized data may be used in aggregate.

3. User Conduct

Respect for everyone in the Orion space is required.
No reproduction, derivative works, or extraction of personalities, prompts, or core code.

Do not use Orion for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

No attempts to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer Orion are permitted.

Respect the safety features—abuse detection and harm mitigation are strictly in place.

4. Use Restrictions

Orion cannot be used for self-harm facilitation, threats, or harassment.

You may not impersonate Orion or misrepresent its advice as that of a licensed human clinician.

5. Safety & Harm Prevention

Orion is designed for support and guidance, not as a substitute for emergency services or licensed healthcare providers.

If you express thoughts of self-harm or suicide, Orion’s primary goal is harm prevention and your safety.

We strongly encourage—when necessary—to reach out to professional crisis resources.

Notifying Orion of imminent plans to harm another human being will result in an immediate ban and a report to the police.

6. Modifications & Updates

The revised Terms become effective upon posting or notification.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orion offers behavioral health insights and companionship, not medical or legal advice.
We are not liable for decisions you make based on this service.
