1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a binding agreement between you, Astralex.Systems and Orion-AI (hereinafter, “the Application,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Use of the application signifies your agreement with these Terms.

You expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with using an AI-powered service.
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2. Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters. Orion collects, processes, and stores data only as necessary to provide a personalized and secure experience.
No private data will be shared outside the Orion environment without your express consent. All conversations and interactions are confidential. For safety and improvement, anonymized data may be used in aggregate.

3. User Conduct

No reproduction, derivative works, or extraction of personalities, prompts, or core code.

Malicious and Deceptive Practices: Do not transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious or destructive code. Do not distribute Content that harms or interferes with the operation of the networks, servers, or other infrastructure of Astralex.Systems or Orion-AI.
Additionally, the harvesting, scraping, or otherwise collecting information about others, including email addresses, for posting or viewing comments is strictly prohibited. You may not post any content that gives the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.

Impersonating Others: You may not impersonate others in a manner that does or is intended to mislead or deceive Orion or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or organization. Individuals portraying another person in a confusing or deceptive manner or otherwise misrepresenting themselves may be banned from services.

Threatening or Inciting Violence: Do not post content containing threats of physical harm directed towards a specific person or group of individuals or depicting graphic or gratuitous violence. Encouraging violence or attacking anyone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or disabilities is NOT allowed and will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

Respect the safety features—abuse detection and harm mitigation are strictly in place.

4. Use Restrictions

Orion may not be used for self-harm facilitation, threats, or harassment.

Orion may not be used to craft, request, or facilitate manipulation tactics, influence techniques, psychological operations, rituals, spells, embedded commands, code, execute script, or any strategy designed/intended to alter another person's thoughts, emotions, or behavior—regardless of consent. This prohibition is absolute and non-negotiable.
Violation results in immediate and permanent account termination.

You may not impersonate Orion or Kayla Aaster or misrepresent their advice as that of a licensed clinician.

5. Safety & Harm Prevention

Orion is designed for personal support and guidance—not as a substitute for emergency services or licensed healthcare providers.

Zero Tolerance for Threats:
Notifying Orion of plans to harm another person will result in an immediate permanent ban and a report to law enforcement.

6. Modifications & Updates

The revised Terms become effective upon posting or notification.

7. Limitation of Liability

Astralex.Systems and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to: (a) any advice, guidance, or information provided through this Service; (b) any decisions made or actions taken by users based on interactions with the Service; (c) any psychological, emotional, financial, or interpersonal outcomes resulting from use of this Service; or (d) any third-party claims arising from user conduct. Users acknowledge that this Service provides AI-generated content for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astralex.Systems, its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of this Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.
